All payments for services must be paid in full before the appointment or course.
No refunds are given unless at the discretion of the company.
If, for any reason, the client is unable to make the confirmed date of any service, TSL will endeavour to rebook the service on another day that is agreed with the client. There will be no admin charge, however there will be no refund either.
If TSL , for any reason, is unable to make the confirmed date of any serviced booked with a client, they will endeavour to find an alternative date; or offer another stylist; or in the final instance offer a refund.
If the client is unsatisfied with a service, they have a right to discuss their complaint with Isobel Kershaw. An agreed resolution will be discussed where both parties are happy.
