I have had the pleasure of working with Isobel in the opening of a Luxurious World Class London Hotel. We engaged Isobel through her reputation to ensure that our teams could be taught the fundamentals of personal grooming in our Image Excellence Workshops. Isobel crafted a training programme and accompanying guidelines and workbooks for our colleagues.
